About ITL Engineering

ITL was established in September 2019 due to an “accidental” opportunity presenting itself when Ivan Terblanche, ITL’s owner and managing director, volunteered to take on a problematic, difficult and challenging part of a business, when nobody else was willing to do so.

It appears as if sometimes one just needs a push,  and indeed we were pushed into having to make it work, and doing it in an environment where we wanted it to work – hence the name Inguz Transport Logistics Engineering where Inguz means “where there is a will, there is a way”.

Our team is mostly made up from former GRW personnel with extensive GRW product knowledge ranging from design, certification, product support and service, to specialised fitment, boiler making, coded welding, testing and high quality painting.

Ivan undoubtedly has a passion and special skill for fixing things, and this is diligently applied in a team setup where we need to constantly remind ourselves that we rely on each other, and need each other.

We do make mistakes, and we learn from them while also fixing them as best we can.  There is energy and momentum in what we do, and our goal is to do it right.

Our customer base varies from listed companies to owner-drivers and covers all GRW products.
